Job Description

As the Personal Assistant to the Owner and CEO of a leading MEP distribution company, you will provide comprehensive support to manage the CEO's personal affairs and ensure their personal life runs smoothly.You will handle a wide range of tasks related to the CEO's personal schedule, lifestyle, and well-being, allowing them to focus on their professional responsibilities with ease.Your Responsibilities:
  • Calendar Management: Manage the CEO's personal calendar, including scheduling appointments, social engagements, and family events. Coordinate with family members and external contacts to ensure all commitments are organized and communicated effectively.
  • Travel Arrangements: Arrange personal travel itineraries for the CEO and their family, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and leisure activities. Research destinations, attractions, and dining options to provide personalized recommendations.
  • Home Management: Oversee the CEO's household affairs, including managing household staff, organizing maintenance and repairs, and ensuring the smooth operation of household systems (e.g., security, utilities, technology).
  • Financial Management: Assist with personal financial management tasks, such as bill payments, expense tracking, and budget planning. Liaise with financial advisors, accountants, and banks on behalf of the CEO as needed.
  • Family Support: Provide support to the CEO's family members, including coordinating children's activities, school schedules, and medical appointments. Arrange family vacations, celebrations, and special events to create memorable experiences.
  • Personal Errands: Handle personal errands and tasks on behalf of the CEO, such as shopping, gift purchasing, and managing deliveries. Ensure that all errands are completed efficiently and to the CEO's satisfaction.
  • Confidentiality and Discretion: Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive personal information and matters. Uphold the CEO's privacy and protect their personal reputation at all times.
  • Emergency Support: Serve as a point of contact for emergencies and urgent matters outside of office hours. Coordinate emergency response efforts and provide assistance and support as needed to ensure the CEO's well-being and safety.
Your Qualifications:
  • Previous experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, or household manager preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing demands effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally and courteously with family members, staff, and external contacts.
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive personal matters and information.
  • Resourcefulness and problem-solving skills to address unexpected challenges and emergencies.
  • Flexibility to work outside of standard office hours and be available for occasional travel.
  • Knowledge of local amenities, services, and resources in the area preferred.
