We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to support the daily activities of high level executive in the banking sector. The Personal Assistant will handle a wide range of administrative and personal tasks, ensuring smooth operations, efficient time management, and assisting with both business and personal needs. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, adaptable to different tasks, and capable of maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in all aspects of the role.

Qualifications :
Education :
• High school diploma or equivalent required. A degree in business administration, communications, or related field is a plus.
Experience :
• 2+ years of experience as a personal assistant, administrative assistant, or in a similar role.
• Experience supporting high-level executives or individuals is preferred.
• Strong understanding of office management and administrative processes.
Skills :
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Time management skills and ability to multitask efficiently.
• Professional demeanor with a high level of confidentiality and integrity.
• Problem-solving ability with the capacity to think on your feet.
