Minimum Requirements: -5+ years as a professional Secretary or Personal Assistant. -Excellent typing skills (55 wpm minimum); shorthand desirable. -Strong written and oral English, attention to detail, initiative, and ability to work under pressure. -Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Duties & Responsibilities: -Manage complex calendars and diaries. -Organize travel, visas, and expenses. -Facilitate meetings, including minute taking and agendas. -Handle confidential administrative tasks. -Draft, edit, and review confidential correspondence. -Compile reports and presentations. -Perform office management and other secretarial duties as needed.
