We are looking for an experienced and skilled Perfumer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of fragrance creation, a keen sense of smell, and a passion for crafting unique and memorable scents. As a Perfumer, you will play a crucial role in developing new fragrances, enhancing existing ones, and ensuring the highest quality standards in our products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fragrance Development: Create and develop new fragrances in line with market trends, customer preferences, and brand requirements.
• Formulation: Design and optimize fragrance formulations using various raw materials and techniques.
• Evaluation: Conduct all factory evaluations and stability testing of fragrances to ensure consistency and quality.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, production, and quality control teams to ensure successful product launches.
• Innovation: Stay updated with industry trends, new ingredients, and technologies to continually innovate and improve our fragrance offerings.
• Customer Interaction: Engage with clients to understand their needs and preferences, providing expert guidance and recommendations.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all fragrance formulations comply with regulatory standards and safety guidelines.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Perfumer in the fragrance industry.
• Education: A degree in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, or a related field. Additional certifications in perfumery are a plus.
• Skills: Exceptional factory sense with a proven track record of creating successful fragrances. Strong knowledge of raw materials, fragrance families, and formulation techniques.
• Creativity: A creative mindset with the ability to translate concepts into captivating scents.
• Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform precise measurements and quality checks.
• Passion: A genuine passion for perfumes and a desire to create exceptional fragrances that stand out in the market.
