Responsibilities
Our newest opportunity is for a talented Performance Measurement Specialist to join our award-winning team based in Riyadh, KSA.
This position will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness, efficiency, and overall performance of various cleaning projects under the General Administration of Cleaning Projects in Jeddah Governorate. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the delivery of high-quality services aligned with project goals, quality standards, and environmental sustainability.
The successful candidate will collaborate with other project teams and stakeholders to collect data, analyze project outcomes, and generate performance reports to guide project improvements.
We envisage success in this role to include: Developing and implementing performance measurement frameworks to monitor project effectiveness. Collecting, tracking, and analyzing data on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to cleaning operations. Working with project teams to identify areas for improvement and suggest solutions based on performance data. Conducting regular site visits to evaluate cleaning processes and project compliance with established standards. Preparing detailed performance reports for project managers, outlining achievements, areas for improvement, and recommendations. Ensuring that performance measures align with environmental sustainability goals and waste management strategies. Collaborating with stakeholders, including local authorities and contractors, to communicate findings and ensure ongoing improvements. Maintaining up-to-date records of project outcomes and performance evaluations. Qualifications
To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include 3+ years experience in performance measurement, monitoring, or project management, preferably in public infrastructure or environmental services partnered with Bachelor's degree in environmental science, Project Management, Business Analytics, or a related field.
Experience in the cleaning or waste management sector. Knowledge of environmental sustainability practices. Proficiency in performance management software (e.g., KPIs tracking, dashboards). Project Management Certification (PMP or similar) is an advantage.
