Performance Marketing Manager
to drive high-quality lead generation through strategic paid media campaigns across
Meta campaigns, Google campaigns, TikTok campaigns , LinkedIn campaign, and other PPC platforms

Key Responsibilities:
Develop, manage, and optimize
PPC campaigns
across multiple platforms including
Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok Ads,Linkedin Ads, and other PPC channels
.
Design and implement strategies to drive
high-quality leads
while optimizing campaign performance through
A/B testing, audience segmentation, and budget management
.
Collaborate with the
sales team
to ensure lead quality, effective lead nurturing, and maximum conversion rates.
Monitor, track, and analyze campaign performance metrics such as
CPL (Cost Per Lead), ROI (Return on Investment), CTR (Click-Through Rate), and conversion rates
using tools like
Google Analytics and Ads Managers
.
Work closely with the
creative team
to develop engaging ad creatives, compelling copy, and high-converting landing pages.
Stay ahead of the latest
digital marketing trends, tools, and strategies
to continuously improve campaign performance and explore new opportunities.
Integrate SEO strategies
to enhance organic traffic and complement paid media efforts.
Optimize landing pages and marketing content to improve user experience and
conversion rates
.
Key Requirements:
4+ years of experience
in
PPC campaign management
across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and TikTok Ads.
Strong expertise in
Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics
.
Proven track record of
successful lead generation and campaign optimization
.
Analytical mindset with a
data-driven approach
to decision-making.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns efficiently and optimize performance in a
fast-paced environment
.
Solid understanding of
SEO strategies
, including
on-page SEO and technical SEO
, to improve organic search rankings.
Strong research skills to stay updated on
emerging trends, new advertising tools, and digital marketing innovations
.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with
cross-functional teams
