• Develop marketing strategies that align with the companyxe2x80x99s goals and vision.
• Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other PPC channels.
• Developing and managing digital prospecting and remarketing campaigns
• Responsible for Lead Generation Metrics including Cost Per Lead (CPL), Number of Leads, and Lead-to-Customer Conversion Rates.
• Manage Customer Acquisition Metrics including Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Customer Lifetime Value (CLV), and New Customers Acquired.
• Measure Campaign Performance including Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), Click-Through Rates (CTR), and Conversion Rates.
• Responsible for Website Metrics such as Traffic Growth, Bounce Rates, and Session Durations.
• Social Media Engagement including Engagement Rates, Followers Growth Rate, and Cost Per Engagement (CPE).
• Implementing A/B testing and conversion rate optimization
• Ensuring successful planning, execution, and optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid, organic & own media channels
• Identifying and testing new channels to continue to meet or exceed established critical metrics
• Staying updated with the latest performance marketing trends and technologies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and web development, to produce engaging content and optimize user experience.
• Working closely with the management to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback & present results
