We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist for our Karachi office. The ideal candidate should be having a Bachelors Degree in Marketing with 2-3 years of agency experience. Requirements:
Must have Meta and Google certifications.
Must have knowledge about omni-channel marketing.
Must have strong understanding about Brand Safety Tools.
Must have a creative mindset with strong analytical skills for data and sentiment analysis.
Thorough in studying research data to build buyer personas and and consumer-insights.
Creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that flows from top down as well as individually for targeted objectives.
Experience in optimizing media campaigns, analysing media campaign exports and user funnels.
Expert in media planning, media buying & programmatic advertising.
Excellent communication and time management skills.
Have relevant experience of Native Advertising platforms like Taboola, Outbrain etc.
Must be able to create Media Plans based on the campaigns objectives, goals and targets.
Should understand the ever-evolving dynamics of different media platforms, audiences, and industries.
Understanding of email marketing funnel would be preferred.
Must be able to evaluate performance metrics like ROI & ROAS.
Experience in handling result-driven ad campaigns through A/B Testing capability.
Develop engaging, creative, innovative pitches for paid media clients.
Tracking implementation & detailed reporting of performance campaigns.
Tools Understanding:
Knowledge of in-platform activation is a plus (Meta, SA360, TTD, DV360)
Fair knowledge of offline media landscape is a plus (Radio, OOH/DOOH)
Knowledge of Google Ad Words, Ads manager, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager.

Proactive in staying ahead of time with globally updated industry knowledge.
Should be able to present campaign ideas and execution plans to the clients.
