We have global ambitions - no small thinking here.Role OverviewAs a Performance Marketing Specialist at Calo, you will be responsible for overseeing our paid marketing strategies and execution across social media platforms, including Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat. Your focus will be on creating, implementing, and optimizing digital campaigns that drive customer acquisition and engagement. You will manage and measure the performance of our paid marketing channels, ensuring they align with our business objectives to drive growth and scale conversions. Collaborating closely with our marketing and design teams, you'll craft compelling campaigns that resonate with our target audience, ultimately contributing to Calo's growth and market presence. Please note that this is a remote position.Main Responsibilities
Develop and execute effective paid marketing strategies on social media platforms like Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat
Manage budgets and campaigns across these platforms to maximize return on investment and minimize Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
Track and analyze the performance of paid campaigns, adjusting strategies based on data-driven insights
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate performance marketing efforts with overall marketing strategies
Conduct A/B testing to refine campaigns and enhance engagement and conversion rates
Monitor trends in social media marketing, adapting strategies to leverage new opportunities and platforms
Coordinate with the growth team to improve funnel conversion rates and share insights
Ideal CandidateQualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field
3+ years of experience in a performance marketing role at a B2C company
Proficiency in English
Knowledge & Competency
In-depth experience with social media advertising and media buying platforms
Proven track record of managing substantial marketing budgets effectively
Familiarity with performance marketing automation technology and analytical tools like Automated Custom Audiences, Meta Reporting, TikTok Reporting, etc
Strong analytical skills, with experience in data interpretation and A/B testing
Creative mindset with the ability to identify and target key audiences effectively and devising digital campaigns that are engaging
Knowledge of SQL and Python is a plus
Ability to optimize landing pages and user funnels
Keen interest in staying updated with new technologies and emerging trends in digital marketing
