Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute
paid marketing campaigns
across Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
Optimize campaigns for
maximum ROI
by analyzing performance data and making data-driven decisions.
Conduct
keyword research, testing, and audience segmentation
to improve ad performance.
Collaborate with design and content teams to create engaging ad creatives.
Monitor and report on key performance metrics, including
CTR, CPC, CPA, and conversion rates
.
Stay updated with the latest trends and strategies in
performance marketing and the brokerage industry
.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience
in performance marketing, specifically in a brokerage firm.
Strong knowledge of
Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other PPC platforms
.
Expertise in
SEO, SEM, and retargeting strategies
.
Proficiency in
Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other tracking tools
.
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
