This role requires a strong analytical mindset and the ability to manage and optimize digital marketing initiatives.What you will do
- Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns across various channels (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc...).
- Conduct keyword research to optimize website content and drive relevant traffic.
- Monitor and analyze ad performance, providing regular reports and actionable insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of performance marketing efforts with overall strategy.Required skills to be successful

- 5-7 years of experience in performance marketing, including SEO and paid campaigns.
- Experience in the healthcare or medical industry is a must.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google or Adobe Analytics, etc.
