The RoleBeing the Digital Marketing custodian at Savills Middle East, you will play a pivotal role, spearheading and owning the best practices for channels, creative output, and overall digital marketing strategies. Your primary focus will be implementing, analysing and optimising Savills Residential performance marketing across multiple channels, utilising Google and social media advertising tools including but not limited to paid search, display and paid social campaigns.You will also be the advisor on latest advertising trends and technologies and will be able to manage multi-channels/networks budgets to meet MQL (Marketing Qualified Lead) targets as well as different KPIs on digital plans to optimise Savills Residential digital agenda.The role will work in collaboration with a group of key stakeholders such as general marketing, graphic design, CRM, call centre, social media & content as well as sales/leasing agents. It will also extend to supporting digital marketing strategies for exclusive clients when needed.this role is for someone open minded with an appetite to learn and a has solution-driven personality.You are genuinely interested in performance marketing and putting out successful campaigns and use various networks and platforms to bring interesting ideas to the table to make deliverables more engaging and ROI is prominent.Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute innovative digital marketing strategies, owning channel best practices for creative outputs to amplify brand presence and drive tangible ROI
Identify growth opportunities, testing hypotheses to improve performance and paid channels traffic, as well as improve the Savills Residential brand image
Deliver customer-focused campaigns to agreed MQL targets
Address and escalating campaign performance issues
Continuously identify growth opportunities, conduct tests, and leverage data-driven insights to enhance campaign performance, focusing on paid search, display, and social campaigns
Build and foster good relationships and work closely with key stakeholders, including general marketing, graphic design, CRM, call centre, social media & content, as well as sales/leasing agents, to align digital targets and ensure cohesive brand messaging
Influence artwork and copy to support digital strategy & optimise performance
Manage multi-channel budgets effectively, meeting MQL targets and other KPIs, while optimising the digital agenda for Savills Residential.
Analyse and report on the effectiveness of digital campaigns, providing insights to refine strategies and maximize ROI, while ensuring alignment with set KPIs.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
Proven track record in developing data-driven campaigns that yield measurable ROI and contribute to long-term brand recognition
Extensive experience in establishing, implementing, and measuring the effectiveness of digital paid advertising initiatives across various platforms, including YouTube Video Ads and paid social media channels
Proficiency in analysing paid marketing KPIs by channel/campaign and dynamically reallocating budgets to optimise ROI. Comfortable using BI tools like Tableau or Power BI
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams to align on digital marketing performance and ROI
5+ years in the performance marketing field with a proven track record of driving successful digital marketing campaigns
Strong technical understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms
Positive, energetic, highly organised, and structured approach to daily workload
