This involves identifying target audiences, selecting appropriate channels, and setting measurable goals to optimize marketing campaigns\' performance.The Jobholder is responsible for leading the span 72="" end-to-end PPC operations and strategies, managing paid advertising campaigns across channels and relevant platforms.What you will do
Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with overall business objectives, focusing on retail and e-commerce growth for each of the AFG retail brands.
Oversee a team of up to 10 digital marketing professionals, providing coaching, mentorship and ensuring a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
Manage and analyze business intelligence data by leading the Digital Business Analytics team.
Lead the development and execution of targeted predictive marketing campaigns to optimize customer acquisition and retention.
Manage all aspects of performance marketing, including paid search (PPC), paid social, and display advertising, ensuring maximum ROI.
Build and maintain positive relationships with external marketing agencies, managing contracts and vendor performance.
Plan, execute, and measure the effectiveness of a variety of marketing activities, including:
CRM email marketing campaigns
Paid search, social, and display advertising campaigns
Search engine optimization (SEO) initiatives
Content marketing strategies
Continuously monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement A/B testing to optimize results.
Stay up to date on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies and recommend innovative ways to enhance our marketing efforts.
Required Skills to be successful
Proven track record of developing and implementing successful digital marketing strategies across multiple channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, etc.).
Strong understanding of business analytics, customer relationship management (CRM /CDP), and marketing automation platforms such as Bloomreach
Experience in managing and leading a high-performing marketing team.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
A data-driven approach to decision-making with a strong analytical mind.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
Passion for the retail and e-commerce industry.
Understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management
