What the role entails
As a Performance Marketing Executive, you will play a crucial role in planning, executing, and optimising online marketing campaigns across various digital channels. You will work closely with senior team members to drive conversions and ensure our clients achieve their marketing goals. This role requires a blend of creativity, strong analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and a keen interest in staying up to date with the latest marketing trends.
• Assist in developing and implementing social media marketing strategies to engage audiences and drive account growth.
• Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, assessing against set campaign goals.
• Identify trends and optimize spend and performance based on insights.
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies and campaign ideas.
• Analyse data to identify problems and opportunities.
• Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.
• Collaborate with internal departments across teams such as social media, content, and PR.
• Assist in deploying successful marketing campaigns and oversee their implementation from ideation to execution.
• Stay on top of marketing trends and tools, and proactively seek opportunities to upskill.
Who you are
Ideally you will have:
• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in any related field with a strong quantitative background.
• Proven experience up to 2 years in performance/ digital marketing.
• Extensive experience in managing in-house digital performance marketing at technology companies (such as e-commerce, retail, FMCG, hospitality) is preferable.
• Practical knowledge of digital marketing tools, including Meta Ads Manager and other media buying channels.
• Understanding of analytics and current online marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.
• Excellent command of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong technical and data analysis skills.
• Creative mindset with strong campaign ideation abilities.
• Strategic and analytical thinking with the ability to translate quantitative and qualitative data into marketing strategies.
• Excellent written and communication skills.
• Self-motivated and willing to take on new challenges.
• Basic understanding of SEO and Google analytics.
