Job Description

The Role

Key Responsibilities: System Development: o Design and implement efficient systems for collecting and analyzing performance data from various departments. o Ensure systems are user-friendly, accessible to stakeholders, and capable of integrating with existing company software. o Introduce and maintain digital solutions for tracking meetings, interviews, feedback, and review appraisals to ensure seamless performance management. Data Analysis: o Collect and analyze cross-functional performance data to identify trends, strengths, and areas for improvement. o Utilize advanced statistical methods to provide accurate and insightful performance analysis. o Create detailed reports and dynamic dashboards for senior management, facilitating data-driven decision-making. Performance Reporting: o Present comprehensive statistical performance analysis to senior management and recommend actionable solutions to enhance performance. o Develop and maintain performance scorecards and key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with organizational goals. o Monitor and ensure that individual KPIs and divisional KPIs are met and aligned with strategic objectives o Ensure compliance and timely processing of workloads and processes across the organization, identifying bottlenecks and implementing corrective actions. Policy Design o Design, review, and continuously improve policies related to employee performance to ensure they support organizational objectives o Collaborate with HR to update performance management policies regularly, ensuring they comply with local labor laws and industry standards. o Develop clear guidelines and frameworks for performance appraisals, feedback sessions, and development plans. Team Leadership o Lead, develop, and inspire teams to achieve high performance. o Foster a culture of continuous improvement and excellence. o Provide regular feedback, coaching, and mentoring to team members to support their professional growth. Training and Development o Develop and deliver training programs for managers on performance management best practices. o Conduct workshops and training sessions on performance appraisal techniques, effective feedback methods, and goal setting. o Identify training needs across the organization and implement solutions to address them. Issue Resolution o Identify, report, and resolve workplace or interpersonal barriers to performance. o Mediate conflicts and facilitate effective communication between employees and managers. o Implement strategies to enhance employee engagement, motivation, and satisfaction. Objective Setting o Set clear performance objectives and update them as necessary to reflect changing organizational priorities. o Ensure performance goals are SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound). o Align individual and team objectives with the overall strategic goals of the organization.



Requirements

Qualifications Education o Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. o Advanced degrees or certifications in performance management or a related discipline are highly desirable. Experience o Minimum of 5 years of management experience in a law firm, corporate services firm, or accounting firm as a Performance Manager. o Proven track record of successfully implementing and managing performance management systems and processes. Skills o Strong data analysis and statistical capabilities. o Demonstrated experience in project or strategic initiative management. o Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills. o Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams effectively. o Proficiency in performance management software and digital tracking systems. o Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. o Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. o Salesforce CRM experience
