The Performance Management Sr. Analyst's main objective is to plan and execute key commercial routines and analysis - to drive opportunities whilst understanding where the deviations are coming from. Additionally, they are responsible for driving commercial strategy and initiatives. Finally, they are responsible for coordinating processes and communication plans (ex.: KPIs deployment (bonus, commercial), as well as leading on technical subjects such as Internal Controls, Risks, SOXs etc.) Even though the specialist reports to the Regional BDM, they are expected to lead key initiatives and processes independently.

• Organize and lead: commercial routines + ad hoc meetings and agendas of Halal Markets - regionally;
• Run analysis to understand and explain deviations on the results;
• Prepare Power Point materials following the standards of the Performance Management Area;
• Attend meetings on behalf of the BDM to make sure the processes are being properly executed and the results are being achieved;
• Conduct the operational part of the definition of Bonus KPIs for all the eligible employees;
• Follow up on Bonus KPIs defined for the employees;
• Help spread the PDCA culture across the company;
• Organize and execute trainings about specific technical subjects (such as SAP, Excel, etc.)
Requirements
----------------
• A Bachelors' degree in Finance, Business, Economics and any related field is necessary. MBA degree is an added advantage
• 2+ years of Management and Leadership experience in a Management Department or CEO Office
• 4+ years of experience in FMCG companies overall
• Expert Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PowerBI tools (Excel and Power Point) and SAP;
• Being familiar with PDCA, Green Belt or Black Belt concepts is an advantage.

• Flexible, proactive, a learner, and able to effectively work within a team, to be able to convey the "CEO message" to the lower levels of the company and to work in multi-disciplinary teams across the business
• Eager to understand all the aspects that impact the business, to drive proper analysis
