As a part of business expansion, we are currently hiring Performance Executive
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, etc.) to achieve performance targets.
• Optimization: Continuously test and refine ad copy, landing pages, and audience targeting for peak performance.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and provide actionable insights to senior stakeholders.
• Tracking & Analytics: Set up tracking and attribution using tools like Google Analytics, GTM, and other ad tech platforms.
• Budget Management: Manage and allocate budgets to maximize ROAS and meet campaign goals.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including creative, design, and social teams, to create cohesive marketing strategies.
• Innovation & Trends: Stay updated on the latest Google Ads features, industry changes, and emerging trends in paid media.
JOB SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
• 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
• Data-Driven: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Project Management: Ability to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines, and stakeholders.
• Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of paid search trends, changes in Google's ad ecosystem, and best practices for ad optimization.
• Experience with automation tools, scripts, and bid management tools.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, performance-driven environments.
