You will provide expertise on a range of activities from day-to-day management to more complex employee relations issues or leading/supporting a range of regional and global projects (organisational changes, change programmes, and re-organisations).What youll do:Work closely with People Business Partners to understand the business and help formulate and deliver plans to ensure the People function effectively supports the operational and business objectives and drive improvements across all areas of the People team. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of HR services.Collect, analyse, and interpret HR data to identify trends, metrics, and insights. Utilise the data to inform decision-making and recommend solutions for enhancing HR operations and employee experience.Provide guidance, support and coaching on all people matters including employee relations matters to managers and employees, conduct investigations and facilitate resolution of employee complaints and grievances, ensuring fair and equitable outcomes.Stay up-to-date with employment laws, regulations, and industry trends within the sub-region, ensuring compliance and mitigating risks, where required also partner with legal counsel and other stakeholders to ensure HR practices are aligned with local labour laws.Lead and participate in regional and global HR projects and initiatives and cyclical events (i.e. annual salary review, employee engagement survey), driving process and service improvements, enhancing HR programs and systems, and promoting consistency across the organization to streamline services.Partner, coach and support the People Services Advisors to enable the efficient and effective delivery of HR services through the employee Lifecyle and partnering with cross-functional Aggreko teams to deliver a good end to end experience for colleagues and managers.Youll have the following skills and experience:Bachelor Degree or able to show a proven record of knowledge and know how.Excellent service orientation with the ability to build strong relationships with regional teams, HR and business stakeholders, with evidence of working across geographical and cultural differences.Demonstrated experience in managing employee relations, investigations, and conflict resolution.Proven project management and continuous improvement skills and the ability to drive initiatives to successful completion.Fluent English required and business fluent in French would be advantageous.Find out more and apply now.Bring your energy.
