About the Opportunity GENERAL DESCRIPTION DEPARTMENT
The People Services team EMEA is responsible for high service delivery of operational HR activities to our Driscoll's employees related to all HR processes.
GOAL OF THE POSITION / KEY RESULTS AREA
The purpose of the People Services Coordinator is to manage and support in a wide range of operational HR activities related to various HR processes such as hiring, onboarding, absenteeism, health and safety, training and HR reporting.
Responsibilities DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Assist in the hiring and onboarding process (prepare and complete documentation for the employment record, communication with new hire, payroll and other vendors, onboarding instructions etc). Maintenance of HR information systems such as Workday. Participate, support and provide input to updates and improvements of our HR information systems. Prepare HR correspondence. Maintain employee records and process all personnel changes (for instance related to job changes, organization structure changes, terminations etc). Create and prepare HR reports based on the requirements and requests. Organization of training activities and providing clear training and instruction to employees about key HR processes and HR information systems such as Workday. Maintenance of the HR pages of our Intranet, responsible for the content of the People Services country pages of the Dot Answering questions of employees and managers about HR policies, systems, administration, and HR processes in a timely, clear and appropriate manner. Manage the absence administration and organization of medical checkups. Prepare the monthly payroll, gather monthly mutations, align with the payroll vendor and finance in accordance to the payroll process and deadlines. Responsible for compliancy to GDPR regulation and support in updating existing processes and policies to ensure compliancy. Responsible for the compliancy of People Services processes to local labor law and support in updating existing processes and policies in case of changes in the local labor law. Continuous improvement of People Services activities, proposing ways to increase our service levels and create efficiencies in our way of working and participate in projects. Work together with the People Services Coordinators in other countries to create and maintain clear, transparent and aligned People Services process in EMEA. Any other task requested by management which is considered to be within the scope of responsibility of the post holder.
Candidate Profile JOB QUALIFICATIONS Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in HR or business administration or similar. 2-5 years of relevant experience in an HR officer/HR specialist role. Preferably working in an international dynamic environment.
