As the People partner you will be responsible for 150 Employees across the region and report directly into the HR Director. This role will lead on HR projects, build HR programmes and touch on the full 360 HR cycle.
The Key responsibilities of the role will include:
The recruitment for the business at all levels within agreed timescales and assistance in gaining succession planning;
\xc3\x98 To maintain and progress working relationships with and between all staff providing an unbiased support
at all levels.
\xc3\x98 Ad-hoc HR support as and when according to the needs of the department, i.e return to work interviews,
disciplinary, grievances and staff issues.
\xc3\x98 Assist in and the coordination of staff and management development to allow for and promote
opportunity and progression within the area.
\xc3\x98 To continuously promote equal opportunities for all staff, by assisting and supporting in the training and
development of staff to achieve a multi skilled workforce.
\xc3\x98 Proactive employment law advise.
\xc3\x98 Support all continuous improvement initiatives.
\xc3\x98 Improve understanding of accountability facilities and processes.
\xc3\x98 The assistance and support in improving overall welfare
\xc3\x98 Monthly staff payroll - accurate entry of employee pay detail and producing accurate monthly payroll and
payslips.

The Successful candidate will have/be
5 years experience in a people or HR generalist position
Experience managing/ over seeing a blue collar workforce
Strong 360 HR experience
Degree educated
Strong payroll knowledge and understanding of UAE Labour laws is a must
The client is a global business and based in Sharjah offices, the employee workforce is majority blue collar and will work very closely on site at the factory\'s. You will also be working with key senior stakeholders with and be expected to handle a high level of professionalism.
