POSITION PURPOSE:The People Partner is responsible for supporting the implementation of the Talent & Culture Strategy along with executing core HR activities including Talent Acquisition, pre-boarding & onboarding, Talent and Performance management, Employee Relations and Retention. The incumbent will be work closely with Sephora ME leadership to create a world of inspiration and inclusion where we celebrate individuality, accelerate growth, encourage innovation, empower people and have fun!KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
  • Manage the end to end Talent Acquisition to recruit the right talent for Sephora ME while ensuring strong candidate experience and hiring manager experience. This includes conducting recruitment briefs, sourcing/screening, interviewing, and providing regular updates and feedback to relevant stakeholders.
  • Create strong employer branding campaigns to increase our presence to the external talent market to become an employer of choice.
  • Support New Comers during their transition into the organization by ensuring all pre-boarding formalities are prepared in advance in coordination with the shared services HR team. On Day 1, all new comers will be provided with all the necessary equipment such as laptop/workstation etc, and a comprehensive onboarding plan is to be prepared with the support of the line manager to ensure a smooth transition into the organization and a positive onboarding experience.
  • Rollout the Performance Management Process and Succession Planning while acting as a trusted advisor to line managers and employees through coaching, career talks and system guidance. Strong awareness campaigns will be shared across the organization to highlight key dates and guiding material for employees. The People Partner will be responsible to track and document Performance Improvement Plans in line with the Performance Management Policy and compliance.
  • Assist the Talent & Culture Director in resolving employee relations issues, grievance and conducting effective & objective investigations in a timely manner.
Support initiatives to shape and strengthen the organizations culture in line with the groups Purpose, Values and Behaviours. Participate in the planning and implementation of the Engagement Survey roll out and action planning and drive initiatives that promote Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.HR Operations:
  • Maintain digital copies of employees\' records and ensuring 100% accuracy of employee data within the system.
  • Coordinate the Offer Letter, Contract terms, Joining Documents for the HQ new hires, promotions and transfers.
  • Assist Finance and Shared Services team in payroll validation and processing.
  • Act as a point of contact to HQ employees for queries and routing them to appropriate platforms/teams for support.
  • Track leave utilisation and report on potential risk.
  • Own and conduct the separation process and conduct exit interview process of all HQ employees, analyse attrition reason and report to Talent & Culture Director.
  • Track and create standard reports on all people metrics as necessary such as headcount, transfers, turnover, promotions, Org Chart, disciplinary, engagement survey and initiatives outcomes, performance analysis of HR programs
EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & PERSONALITY:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR including experience in recruitment, talent management and employee relations.
  • Strong communication skills to facilitate smooth and effective communication between, management and employees, drawing up reports and recommendations.
  • Helpful and service-oriented, has the ability to work under pressure and be able to be discreet when dealing with confidential information. Must also be self-motivated, proactive going beyond the call of duty and result-oriented.
  • Proficient in Ms Word, Ms Excel, and PowerPoint, which are all necessary to create visually and verbally engaging materials, reports, presentations, and proposals for departmental heads and management team.
  • Clear and structured report and relevant assessment to help making informed decisions.
  • Maintains adequate knowledge of GCC labor law related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.

She/he need to have excellent authentic communication and influencing skills and be energized by working in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
