As People Operations Manager, you drive operational excellence across HR processes, systems, and policies, ensuring they align with the companyxe2x80x99s strategic objectives and provide a positive experience for employees.Key AccountabilitiesPeople Operations ManagerAs People Operations Manager, you are responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of the People function. Your role involves overseeing HR systems, processes and policies ensuring compliance and delivering an excellent employee experience. Your role includes, and is not limited to:People Operations and Administration
Oversee the daily operations of the People department,
Manage employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality,
Define and oversee onboarding and offboarding processes from an administrative perspective,
Manage contracts, offer letters, and employment documentation,
Ensure smooth transitions during employee status changes (e.g., promotions, transfers),
HR Systems
Contribute to the enhancement and maintenance of HR systems (e.g., HRIS, payroll systems),
Ensure the accuracy of data within HR systems,
Identify opportunities for process automation and improvement
HR Policies & Processes
Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures, realize internal audits,
Manage employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality,
Payroll and Benefits
Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness,
Manage employee benefits programs, including policy enhancements, enrollments, and inquiries (schooling, health & life insurances, etc.),
Compliance
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
Monitor changes in labor legislation and implement necessary update,
Address and resolve compliance issues as they arise,
Team Leadership and Development
Manage and develop the People Operations team,
Provide guidance and training to ensure team effectiveness and alignment with People Function strategies,
Collaboration and Stakeholder Management
Act as a liaison between HR provider and other departments, ensuring alignment and collaboration,
Partner with HR leadership to support strategic initiatives,
Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR operational matters,
Skills, Experiences & PersonalityYou have a masterxe2x80x99s degree in human resources, Business, or equivalent working experienceMinimum 5 years of experience in HR in an international organizationHigh sense of confidentiality and be able to be discreet when dealing with confidential informationAbility to manage dataExperience with delivering HR process improvement actionsStrong analytical, problem solving, and organization skillsAbility to work closely and successfully with others in order to deliver resultsAbility to handle multiple assignment/projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlinesSelf-motivated, proactive going beyond the call of duty, result oriented.Most importantly, She/he needs to live and breathe the Sephora Culture, DNA and Employee Value propositions (EVP) with a passion for people and making a difference. She/he need to have excellent authentic communication and influencing skills and be energized by working in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
