The HR Officer will play a critical role in supporting the HR department's daily operations and driving initiatives that foster a positive and productive work environment. You will act as a liaison between employees and management, ensuring seamless HR processes and employee satisfaction.The Key Responsibilities are:Recruitment & Onboarding
Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various roles.
Coordinate interviews and provide feedback to candidates.
Handle onboarding formalities, including documentation, induction programs, and hotel tours.
Employee Relations
Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and concerns, providing guidance and support.
Foster a positive workplace environment by addressing grievances and promoting open communication.
Assist in conflict resolution and disciplinary actions, ensuring compliance with labor laws.
HR Operations
Maintain and update employee records in compliance with company policies and UAE labor laws.
Prepare and process employment documents such as contracts, letters, employment certificates, and visas.
Assist in payroll processing and ensure accuracy in employee attendance and leave records.
Training & Development
Coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
Assist in identifying learning needs and creating development plans.
Track training participation and maintaining records for audit purposes.

Assist in drafting and updating HR policies and procedures.
Stay updated on UAE labor laws and regulations, implementing necessary updates to HR practices.

Employee Engagement
Organize employee engagement activities, such as team-building events, recognition programs, and wellness initiatives.

Assist managers in setting KPIs and conducting performance reviews.

QualificationsQualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Familiarity with UAE labor laws and HR systems.
Previous experience with recruitment, onboarding, Training, and employee engagement is an advantage.
