This role is critical to ensuring the organization attracts, retains, and develops top talent while promoting a culture of inclusivity, growth, and employee well-being.Key Responsibilities:Full Recruitment Cycle:
Lead the recruitment process from job posting to candidate selection, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Source and screen candidates through various platforms (e.g., job boards, social media, and recruitment agencies).
Conduct interviews, assessments, and background checks.
Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and design tailored recruitment strategies.
Manage the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
Promotions and Internal Mobility:
Work with managers to identify and assess employees for promotions and internal mobility opportunities.
Develop and implement fair and transparent promotion criteria and processes.
Ensure proper documentation of all promotion decisions and communicate them effectively to relevant stakeholders.
Culture Development & Employee Engagement:
Support the People & Culture team in fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Organize and promote initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
Facilitate communication between employees and management regarding career development and promotion opportunities.
Employee Relations & Compliance:
Ensure recruitment and promotion processes comply with labor laws and internal policies.
Handle employee inquiries related to recruitment, onboarding, and promotion with a focus on resolution and support.
Data Management & Reporting:
Maintain accurate recruitment and promotion records, providing regular reports to senior management.
Utilize HR software and systems to streamline recruitment and promotion workflows

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment and employee development.
Strong understanding of employment laws, recruitment trends, and best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with HR software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
