As People & Culture Executive, we rely on you to:
Drive and assist in interactive internal communications for employee engagement activities
Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, conducting reference checks, and issuing employment contracts
Coordinate with each department and ensure accuracy of the time & attendance processing every payroll cut-off
Collect data and prepare HR reports as required
Ensure accuracy of database of staff records and personal file information which should be consistently updated
Perform other HR duties and special projects as assigned
We are looking for someone who:
Has a degree in Human Resources or related field
Has minimum 1 year experience in 5-star / international hotel in the same capacity
Has excellent communication skills, oral and written.
Communicates and writes with fluency in English
Is updated with latest trends in social media
Is Technology savvy
Has a structured approach, analytical reasoning
Has high attention to detail
Is a team player and ability to multitask
Is knowledgeable with UAE Labor law
