This includes recruitment, training, coaching, compensation & benefits, health & safety, and performance management for PAUSEAWAY employees to ensure a positive and engaged employee culture and policy compliance.
responsibilities:
hires qualified candidates, conducts interviews and recruits qualified team members
assists managers with staff requirements.
creates and maintains positive, productive work environment through conducting human resources and professional development activities
assists in building compensations systems
arranges training sessions with all new hires and refresher workshops for existing employees.
identifies and addresses employee requirements regarding performance issues, training, and career growth.
performs various administrative tasks and accurately processes paperwork.
maintains employee records, schedules, and time sheets
educates team members on P&C policies, practices, and procedures
Requirements
relevant experience in a similar position for at least 3-4 years
previous experience working in the luxury hospitality industry brand is preferred
excellent verbal, writing, listening and presentation skills
self-motivated and creative problem-solver
ability to work both autonomously and in a team setting
