Job ScopeWe are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented People & Culture Administrator to support our HR operations and employee experience initiatives. In this role, you will assist in managing HR processes, maintaining compliance, and fostering a positive work environment through seamless administrative support and engagement initiatives.In your role, you will work closely with the Chief People Officer and collaborate across departments to ensure smooth HR operations. Your role will involve handling HR documentation, assisting in recruitment and leading on onboarding, and contributing to employee engagement programs, all while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with company policies.Role Requirements
  • Handle administrative and operational support across all HR functions.
  • Assist in preparing HR reports, presentations, and internal communications.
  • Support HR projects, including policy updates and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal HR policies.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR databases.
  • Assist in managing the HR platform and related systems.
Required Technical Skills
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HRIS platforms.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of Human Resources.

  • Accuracy & Compliance: Maintain precise and up-to-date HR documentation across all platforms.
  • Efficiency & Responsiveness: Ensure timely completion of tasks, problem resolution, and prompt responses to inquiries.
  • Initiative & Problem-Solving: Proactively address HR operational challenges and suggest innovative solutions.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Work effectively with internal teams and other departments on cross-functional projects.
  • Performance & Development: Act on feedback provided by the line manager and actively engage in performance reviews and development opportunities.
  • Policy Adherence: Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures in all HR-related processes.
