The People & Culture Intern Northern and Western Africa (N&WA) will work closely with the N&WA People & Culture team on Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, and Well-being projects within the JTI N&WA Cluster markets. She/he will also collaborate on other projects within the Human Resources area, such as HR Projects, Learning and development, Diversity and inclusion, Internal Communications, and much more!

WHAT WILL YOU DO...
Talent Acquisition: Support the P&C team and the Line managers in recruitment activities, including support for: job postings, screening, interviewing, feedback, as well as supporting onboarding activities. Employer Branding: Support in the launch, communication, and follow-up of Employer Branding projects and initiatives. Identify and drive opportunities to attract talent and advertise JTI as a Top Employer. Learning & Development: Collaborate in the definition and implementation of the training and development actions within the North Africa cluster. SAP Learning: Gain hands-on experience in SAP HR, equipping you with essential skills for managing human capital within an international company. Wellbeing: Support in the coordination and organization of all the wellbeing activities, including internal communications, events, etc. Project management: Collaborate in other Human Resources projects, such as Diversity and Inclusion and Internal Communications. Provide support in all the P&C Administrative tasks and reports.

The candidate must demonstrate great project management skills, and have a positive mindset, she/he will be expected to come up with bright and innovative ideas but also follow processes that are already in place. Education: Bachelor's or Master's graduate or young professionals searching to boost your career in a multinational environment. Languages: Fluent in French, English & Arabic both written & spoken.
