Job Overview:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Performance Management Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of performance management principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and analytical skills. This is a full-time position based in Dubai, UAE.Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement performance management strategies and processes to ensure the company\'s goals and objectives are met
Monitor and evaluate employee performance, providing feedback and coaching to improve performance and productivity
Collaborate with department heads to set performance goals and targets for their teams
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide recommendations for employee development and career growth
Identify and address performance issues and provide support in implementing corrective actions
Analyze performance data and provide insights and recommendations to senior management for decision-making
Develop and maintain performance management reports and dashboards
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in performance management to continuously improve processes and procedures
Train and educate managers and employees on performance management practices and procedures
Requirements:
Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in performance management or a similar role
Strong understanding of performance management principles, processes, and tools
Experience in developing and implementing performance management strategies and processes
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office and performance management software
Knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations is a plus
