Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled and caring Pediatrician to provide medical care for infants, children, and adolescents. The ideal candidate will have strong diagnostic abilities, excellent communication skills, and a passion for promoting children's health and well-being. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals in a supportive and patient-focused environment. Preferred: Experience working with people of determination (children with special needs).

Key Responsibilities:

Provide general pediatric care, including physical examinations, vaccinations, and treatment for common childhood illnesses. Diagnose and treat a wide range of pediatric conditions, from minor health problems to serious diseases. Monitor growth and development, ensuring early detection of potential health concerns. Advise parents on children's nutrition, safety, and overall well-being. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records. Collaborate with specialists and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care. Educate families about preventative care, lifestyle choices, and health maintenance for children. Stay up to date with the latest advancements in pediatric healthcare and apply evidence-based practices.

Qualifications:

Medical degree (MD or equivalent) with specialization in Pediatrics. Valid DHA/HAAD license or eligibility to practice as a Pediatrician in Abu Dhabi. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in pediatric healthcare. Proficiency in diagnosing and treating a wide range of pediatric conditions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a compassionate approach to patient care. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

Experience working in a multicultural environment. Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
