Job Title: Pediatric Ophthalmologist

Salary: Revenue Share (50-50)

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Pediatric Ophthalmologist to join our esteemed medical team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in diagnosing, treating, and managing eye disorders in children. The Pediatric Ophthalmologist will provide comprehensive eye care to pediatric patients, including routine eye exams, vision correction, and treatment of complex eye conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough eye examinations for pediatric patients to diagnose and treat visual problems and eye diseases.
• Prescribe corrective lenses and other visual aids as needed.
• Perform surgical procedures to correct eye problems such as strabismus, congenital cataracts, and other eye conditions.
• Provide pre- and post-operative care to patients undergoing eye surgeries.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on proper eye care and the management of eye diseases.
• Keep accurate and detailed patient records.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in pediatric ophthalmology and participate in continuous professional development.

Qualifications:

• Medical degree from a recognized institution.
• Board certification in Ophthalmology.
• Fellowship training in Pediatric Ophthalmology.
• Valid DHA license to practice in Dubai, UAE.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Pediatric Ophthalmologist.
• Proficient in performing pediatric eye surgeries.
• Strong diagnostic skills and ability to develop effective treatment plans.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
