Responsibilities: Manage Padel, Zallaq. Maintain Padel Office. Confirm and prepare for bookings (Via Malaeb-app). Assist with online payments. Welcome and process customers. Maintain and clean Padel Courts and Padel Area. Report issues or maintenance items. Maintain and report stock (Padels, balls etc). Liaise with Site Manager. Interact with customers (hospitality), report customer feedback. Uphold Company court rules and communicate to customers.
