Criteria for the Role:

1. Candidates should have 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience in Payroll management. Strong understanding of payroll processes and compliance.

2. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree or Masters in HR. Any HR Certification (CHRP, SHRM, PHRI ) is an added advantage.

3. Candidate should have a valid Drivers License ( Mandatory ).

4. Good knowledge of all HR Processes. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

5. Excellent communication in English and interpersonal skills.

6. Experience in working with multicultural teams.

7. Impeccable eye for details and ability to manage confidential details.
