• Process bi-weekly, semi-monthly, or monthly payrolls for all employees.
• Ensure accuracy of employee data, hours worked, salaries, commissions, bonuses, and deductions.
• Maintain knowledge of rules and regulations, ensuring all payroll activities adhere to legal standards.
• Prepare and file required reports (e.g., tax reports, 401(k) contributions, garnishments).
• Maintain and update payroll records and employee information accurately.
• Generate and distribute payroll reports to management and other departments as required.
• Analyze payroll data for accuracy and trends.
• Assist in budget preparation and financial audits related to payroll.
• Handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in payroll processing.
• Collaborate with the HR team to streamline workflows and ensure data integrity.
• Participate in system upgrades and testing.
