Driven to create unique home-grown food concepts that bring people together, the Independent Food Company is a UAE-based hospitality company with multiple concepts under it's umbrella - SALT, Switch, Parker's, Grind, Somewhere and Public.We are currently recruiting for a Payroll Specialist to join our HR team here in Dubai to process payroll and all day to day activities related to it. Some of the key responsibilities of the role include:
- Act as primary payroll administrator for the UAE region
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll at all times while reviewing data related to incentives, increments, resignations etc.
- Work closely with finance for processing payments
- Preparation of MIS report for review and approval
