We are looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Officer cum Admin to manage our payroll processes and provide administrative support to our team. This dual role is crucial in ensuring that employees are paid accurately and on time while maintaining efficient office operations. Key Responsibilities: Process payroll on a bi-weekly/monthly basis, ensuring accuracy in salary calculations, deductions, and compliance with regulations. Maintain payroll records and generate reports as needed. Assist with employee onboarding and maintenance of personnel files. Handle administrative tasks including scheduling, correspondence, and filing. Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and HR-related matters. Collaborate with the HR team to improve payroll and administrative processes. Qualifications: Proven experience in payroll processing and administration Proficient in payroll software and MS Office Suite. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
