Job duties and responsibilities
• Managing end-to-end payroll processing for employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Collaborating with HR and finance teams to gather and verify payroll solution data.
• Generate payroll reports, address discrepancies, and provide timely resolution to payroll-related queries.
• Capable of collecting daily, weekly or monthly timesheets and calculating bonuses and allowances.
• Proficient in preparing employees' compensation by the end of each month using relevant payroll software.
• Process payroll transactions, including salary adjustments, bonuses, and deductions.
• Capable of scheduling bank payments or handing out paychecks directly to employees while distributing payment statements and gathering signed receipts (digital or paper).
• Capable of ensuring wages and tax withholdings comply with regulations of the Company.
• Conduct audits on payroll processes to identify and rectify errors.
Job qualifications/requirements
• At least 2 years of experience working as a Payroll Executive or in a similar role.
• Preferably candidates with a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Human Resources or relevant field.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS and accounting software with good knowledge of labor legislation.
