Responsibilities:
Maintain and update employee payroll records in the system
Calculate and process payroll for employees and contractors
Collaborate with HR and other departments to obtain necessary information for payroll processing
Prepare and distribute payroll reports to management
Process payroll adjustments, bonus, and commission payments accurately and on time
Respond to employee inquiries and resolve any payroll-related discrepancies
Stay up-to-date with payroll regulations and compliance requirements
Assist with ad-hoc finance projects as assigned by the Payroll Manager
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll or related field
Knowledge of payroll software and systems
Strong mathematical and analytical skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
