Soho Luxury Group of Restaurants is looking for a Payroll and HR Officer.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Verifying time reports, updating, computing, and maintaining up-to-date leave accrual.
• Entering the monthly attendance report. Proactively sending the Excel reporting format files to the Manager to complete attendance. Entering the received data into the payroll system. Verifying the date received (manual payroll process for the downtown area)
• Extracting the time management information from the biometrics system (automated payroll process for palm area). Update the biometric information when needed.
• Prepares deductions for authorized and mandatory deductions and data on hires, terminations, and wage adjustments.
• Supervising accurate data records, processing monthly payrolls, reconciling payroll figures with the finance department, ensuring audit compliance, preparing & reporting on monthly MIS, providing staff guidance & procedures related to payroll, and ensuring HR services are as per agreed service levels.
• Coordinate with the HR department on new hires, terminations, salary changes, and leave management.
• Prepare and process the final settlement of separated staff.
• Maintained employment records and individually handled HR-related queries.
• Maintained employee's leave records, Leave calculation/Leave rules.
• Support with other applicable HR-related daily admin tasks.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's Degree
3-5 Experience in the same role in UAE
Strong understanding of payroll regulations and procedures.
Strong knowledge of excel

Pay: AED5,999.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
