Reporting directly to the Head of Merchant Services and Payments, you will be responsible for processing client funding and providing resolutions to our global teams regarding all client deposit and withdrawal queries. Setting high standards, the level and quality of support provided set the ThinkMarkets brand apart from competitors. The ideal candidate will have a service-centric mindset, be process-driven, and possess strong operational and time management skills.Responsibilities:
Process withdrawals and deposits.
Assist in financial transactions of customer deposits and withdrawals.
Assist PSPs by providing sufficient information (transaction details, error messages, screenshots captured by customers) to carry out investigations on their side.
Work with relevant departments to follow up and close cases.
Collaborate closely with team members to share information and knowledge, ensuring an excellent level of processing for our clients across all channels.
Provide scheduled and ad-hoc reports to management.
Meet and exceed KPIs and SLAs set by management.
Provide ongoing feedback to management and contribute to Group initiatives.
Adhere to policies, guidelines, procedures, and training plans.
Manage escalations to senior managers as appropriate.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of Payment Analyst experience within the financial or Forex sector (preferred).
Degree qualified in Finance or Accounting.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational and administrative abilities.
Problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Ability to take initiative.
Team player approach.
Working knowledge of PSP back offices and banking (preferred).
