We are now looking for a motivated professional to join our Operations team as our Payment Systems Specialist. The role requires a deep understanding of how the funds flow within the firm coupled with high attention to detail.
Responsibilities
As our Payment Systems Specialist you will be responsible for discussions and negotiations with payment agents for online payment services including e-wallet, local banking and card payment facilities. You will be handling payment settlements, including statements, and timely and correctly handle withdrawals and deposits, accounting as well as controlling public facing payment information (website).
Other responsibilities include:
Researching payment solutions on the payments market
Optimising the conversion rates related to online payments
Automating payment processes
Reporting and analysing payment funds
Assuring products and services compliance with applicable regulation
Implementing internal payment processes
Liaising with technical teams of integration of payment services to online portal
Liaise with the Head of Operations for any issues
Required skills
Relevant university degree
Operations background
Ideally 1-3 years previous experience in a similar role
Deep understanding of PSP services and E-Commerce
Great relationship building skills
Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
You are a great team player and feel comfortable working in a high pressure environment
You are proactive and take full ownership of your responsibilities
