Payment Product Manager (External Partner Integration)

Job Summary Responsibilities: Lead the integration and management of external payment partners (e.g., payment channels, banks, wallets, card networks) to ensure a stable and efficient integration experience. Enhance payment channel coverage and optimize user experience based on market demand and business growth. Collaborate with engineering, legal, risk, and operations teams to drive partner onboarding, testing, and launch while ensuring compliance with regulatory and technical standards. Oversee the technical integration of payment partners, including API design and optimization, to improve integration efficiency and system stability. Monitor partner payment performance, analyze transaction data, and implement optimizations and strategic adjustments based on business needs. Requirements: 3+ years of experience in product management within payments, fintech, or e-commerce, with a solid understanding of cross-border payments, acquiring, settlement, and wallets. Hands-on experience in integrating payment channels, banks, card networks, or third-party payment providers, with expertise in API standards and integration processes. Strong knowledge of payment industry regulations and compliance standards; deep understanding of international payment policies and settlement mechanisms is a plus. Excellent product design and project management skills, with the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and ensure timely execution. Strong data analysis skills to develop optimization strategies based on transaction data, improving payment success rates and user experience. Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain strong relationships with external partners and drive successful collaborations.
