Job Description

We are seeking an experienced PATTERN MAKER/CUTTING MASTER to join our factory. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the made-to-measure cutting and stitching process, along with strong communication and teamwork skills.

SKILLS/ QUALIFICATIONS:

• •Experience in pattern making for women's and men's garments is essential.•
• •Strong knowledge of fabrics and the technological process of garment manufacturing.•
• •Attention to details and commitment to precision.•
• •Experienced in cutting bulk fabric•
• •Extensive knowledge of the made-to-measure measuring process.•
• •Creativity with a good sense of fashion and style.•
• •Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.•
• •Good communication and teamwork skills.•
• •Language: English•

ROLES/ RESPONSIBILITIES:

• 1. Pattern Development
• Create accurate and detailed patterns for garments.
• Translate design sketches and technical packs into precise patterns.
• Modify existing patterns to improve fit, functionality, and aesthetic appeal.
• Collaborate with designers to understand garment specifications, including fabric, construction methods, and intended fit.
• 2. Grading
• Apply grading rules to create size sets based on master patterns.
• Ensure consistency across all sizes by adhering to brand-specific grading standards.
• Maintain size charts and update them as needed.
• 3. Cutting Fabric
• Knowledge and experience using bulk cutter machine.
• Knowledge and experience cutting bulk and single layers of fabric.
• Accurate cutting of fabric/garment based on the pattern designed.
