A prominent Women's fashion brand based in Dubai is seeking an experienced Master Cutter and Tailor to join our organization.

Must be able to create patterns for Evening Dress, Bridal Gown

•Pattern Maker (Patronist) •

To draw and cut out sets of patterns for specified ranges of garment sizes and grading. Familiar with making all simple and very complicated garment shapes. Familiar with different fabrics.

Fast quick and clean in making patterns and dresses/gowns.
Primary Responsibilities

• Making garments gowns, dresses, shirts, pants, skirts, and
• jackets.

We are marking patterns and designs or using pre-designed ones to cut the fabric into the necessary shapes being able to draft, drape, and translate designs from concept to delivery.

• Being able to imagine how the end garment will look like from the pattern design, and altering and repairing garments:
• Fixing torn or damaged clothing, as well as adjusting clothes to better-fit customers; and ensuring proper measurements, adjustments, and fittings.
• Defining technical specifications for the garments and being knowledgeable about fabrics, patterns, shapes, and colors:
• Selecting and testing different fabrics.
• Knowing about patternmaking and fittings, adapting, and creating patterns as needed
• keeping up to date with the latest fashion trends and techniques, as well as finding the best quality fabrics.

Must have 5 to 10 years of experience

Should be able to communicate clearly.
Language: English, Arabic, Hindi

The probationary period will apply to all the applicants for training purposes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop precise patterns based on design sketches and technical

specifications.

• Modify and adapt existing patterns to accommodate design changes .
• Maintain an organized pattern library for future reference.
• Utilize pattern-making software to ensure precision in design and

execution (Exp: Gerber, Optitex, Reachpiec)

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Pattern Maker, preferably within the luxury

fashion industry.

• Proficiency in pattern-making software and manual pattern drafting.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
