Magnum Security, established in 2003, offers security services across various industries in Dubai. We are currently looking for a highly skilled and dynamic Patrolling Supervisor to join our team. This position will oversee the daily duty assignments of guards and to do the site patrolling



• Supervise and oversee all security functions.
• Follow safety and security policies and procedures at all times.
• Schedule security personnel to cover designated facilities and shifts.
• Responsible for ensuring the readiness and vigilance of all Guards.
• Attend phone calls with proper telephone etiquette and standard greetings.
• Maintain a good sense of discipline and dependability.
• Coordinate and respond to needs of Guards.
• Respond to any kind of accidents or emergencies.
• Perform all duties in a safe manner and report all accidents to responsible personnel.
• Assist in orientation and training of new joiners.
• Manage routine inspections of buildings, grounds and equipment's to ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
• Manages protection of physical property by directing inspections and patrols to safeguard against fire, theft, vandalism and illegal entry.
• Ensuring the safe and proper operation of all assigned patrol vehicles.
• Ensuring that all patrol personnel are assigned to a patrol area and that they understand their duties and responsibilities.
• Keeping abreast of all new and updated changes.
• Any other duties assigned by the management.

Skills & Experience

• Age: 25-40
• Nationality: Any
• Education: Diploma
• Experience: 2-3 Years
• Valid UAE Driving License
• Good Physique
• Knowledge of UAE Roads
• Language: English
• Certifications: Attested Diploma, SIRA Certification

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
