Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle patient complaints and feedback professionally and in a timely manner
- Maintain patient confidentiality and privacy at all times
- Coordinate with different departments to resolve patient issues effectively
- Ensure smooth communication between patients, families, and healthcare providers
- Provide information and assistance to patients regarding hospital services and procedures
- UAE National preferred
- Bachelor\'s degree in healthcare management or related field
- Certification in patient relations or customer service preferred
- Fluency in English and Arabic
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
