Reporting to the Team Lead, Patient Experience, the Patient Experience Ambassador is fully dedicated to improving the experience of internal and external customers served throughout the facility. The main role of the Patient Experience Ambassador is to be the advocate for patients and ensure that patients and families receive the highest level of customer service throughout their experience with the healthcare organization.
Responsibilities
Pro-actively participates in collaboration with MH Leadership to meet the strategic, quality, and operational goals of Mubadala Health.
Maintains technological expertise of systems with impact on registration, scheduling and other access driven systems.
Exercises top-notch desirable customer service demeanor and professionalism in all communication, duties and attire while interacting with patients, physicians, staff and visitors.
Communicates and coordinates information in a knowledgeable and courteous manner with staff, patients, and families.
Continuously monitors and evaluates the efficiency and effectiveness of initiatives or action plans put in place to improve the patient\xe2\x80\x99s experience.
Ability to communicate and document patients call back and/or outreach requests.
Maintains confidentiality with patients, staff and guests.
Implements and ensures sustainability of patient experience initiatives.
Adheres to productivity, quality and patient satisfaction standards.
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree (6 years of relevant work experience may substitute for a Bsc. Degree)
