Job Title: Patient Coordinator (Russian Speaking)

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist patients with a warm and professional demeanor.
• Coordinate patient appointments, including scheduling and follow-ups.
• Provide information and support to patients regarding their treatment plans.
• Ensure all patient information is accurately recorded and maintained.
• Communicate effectively with patients in both Russian and English.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, billing, and insurance processing.
• Manage patient inquiries and address any concerns promptly and efficiently.
• Collaborate with medical staff to ensure a seamless patient experience.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in Russian and English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in a healthcare or patient coordination role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using office software and patient management systems.
• A compassionate and patient-centric approach to service.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare procedures is a plus.
