Patient Coordinator (Dental Receptionist) - Immediate Opening

We are looking for an

experienced dental receptionist

to join our team in Dubai. This role is perfect for someone with a background in dental administration who is proactive, well-organized, and skilled in patient coordination.

What You'll Do:

Schedule and manage patient appointments

, ensuring smooth daily operations.

Handle patient inquiries

professionally over phone, email, and in person.

Follow up with patients

for recalls, pending treatments, and ongoing care.

Assist in the sales process

by encouraging treatment acceptance and maintaining patient relationships. Maintain accurate records using

DentiMax software

(prior experience is a plus but training will be provided).

What We're Looking For:

Must have prior experience in a dental clinic

(candidates without dental experience will not be considered). Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to

multi-task and stay organized

in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in

English

(French is a plus but not mandatory). Comfortable working with dental software and technology.
