COMMI 1 Responsibilities:

Position Overview: Pastry Cook plays a vital role in the kitchen, assisting in the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes. The role involves working under the supervision of the Chef de Partie and contributes to the smooth running of the kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes in line with the standards set by the Head Chef. Ensure that all food is prepared to the highest standards, and consistent quality is maintained. Maintain a clean and organized workstation and adhere to health and safety regulations. Support the Chef de Partie in managing stock levels, checking deliveries, and ensuring proper storage. Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items and improve existing dishes. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance culinary skills and knowledge. Ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety standards at all times.

Requirements:

? High school diploma or Degree.

? Proven food preparation and food handling experience.

? Working knowledge of proper food handling procedures.

? The ability to follow standardized recipes.

? The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

? The ability to work in a team.

? Excellent communication skills.

SALARY: up to AED 2,700 to AED 3,500 based on experience. (All Inclusive)

WORK LOCATION: Khalifa City-A, Abu Dhabi, UAE

AVAILABILITY: Can join immediately (Preferably Candidates on a Cancel Visa or a Visit Visa)
